ft (25,548.34 sq m) of mixed use business space. The
comprehensive redevelopment of the park has been designed
to provide a wide range of occupational options. Phase
1 consists of a series of office and business space units
ranging from around 1,500-10,000 sq ft (140 - 930 sq
m) which will be available for let or on a sale basis.
Blackmore Park can provide the owner-occupier
or tenant with a bespoke building to meet their specific
operational requirements.
The masterplan provides for total flexibility offering
further phases to include larger HQ office buildings
and business space for up to 100,000 sq ft (9,290) or
